Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Sunnah Garden. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging/seal.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please send photos when contacting us for a faster resolution.

What we accept

Wrong item received, or an item missing from your order.
Items damaged or leaking in transit — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Unopened, unused products in original packaging within the return window.
Defective full-size bottles (spray mechanism failure, separation, discoloration).

What we cannot accept

Opened or used sample vials and discovery packs (hygiene reasons).
Items outside the 7-day window.
Gift-with-purchase items and free samples.

How refunds work

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via mobile wallet or bank transfer — our support team will arrange it with you.
Original delivery charges are refunded when the return is our fault (wrong/damaged item).

How to start a return

Contact us at [email protected] or 01789507251 through our Contact page with your order number (SG-XXXXX), the item, and — for damaged goods — a photo. We will arrange pickup in Sylhet or, outside Sylhet, the nearest courier drop-off.
