Shipping Information

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60 standard delivery, 2–4 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 standard delivery, 3–5 business days.
• Express (inside Dhaka only): ৳120, delivered within 24–48 hours.
• Free standard shipping on orders over ৳2,000.

The exact charge for your address is calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.

We ship via Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Sundarban Courier depending on your location. Every order receives a tracking number once dispatched — track it any time from the Track Your Order page.

Orders placed before 4 PM are usually packed and dispatched the same or next business day. Samples are hand-decanted after your order is placed to keep them fresh. During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 2 extra days.

• Someone should be reachable on the provided phone number — couriers call before delivery.
• For Cash on Delivery, please keep the amount ready; our couriers may not carry large change.
• If a delivery fails because the address or phone was unreachable, redelivery is attempted once before the parcel returns to us.
