Terms of Service

Sunnah Garden ("we", "us") is an online fragrance retailer operating in Bangladesh, offering authentic designer fragrance samples, discovery packs, and full-size bottles. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with an order number (SG-XXXXX).
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or cannot be fulfilled — in that case any payment is refunded in full.
• Product availability is indicated on each product page and may change before your order is processed.

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Additional payment methods may be introduced later.
• For COD, please keep the exact amount ready where possible; our courier may not carry change.
• If online payments are introduced later, they will be processed by the payment providers and we will never store your card details.

• Delivery charges depend on your zone (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka) and chosen speed; free standard shipping applies to orders over ৳2,000.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate name, phone, and delivery address details; we may delay orders we cannot verify.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated refusal of COD parcels.

All content on this site — text, imagery, branding — belongs to Sunnah Garden or is used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Bangladeshi law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes subject to the courts of Dhaka. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
